Be Wealth 2024 Internship Program

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.”  Steve Jobs. This quote by Steve Jobs hits at the heart of why Be Wealth hosts interns. Our goal is to provide aspiring professionals in the Wealth Management industry with hands on experience. As the the Wealth Management industry continues to evolve rapidly, establishing a new practice becomes increasingly challenging. Be Wealth is dedicated to supporting future advisors in navigating these complexities and beginning their careers in an ever growing and expanding field.

Be Wealth designs its internship program through hands-on learning, developing natural skills, showcasing the value of relationships, and practicing professional communication. “Interns leave the summer program with a working knowledge of our business so even if they decide not to pursue a career with our firm, they are set up with a foundational knowledge of financial planning and overall operations,” provides Brandon Ebert, CEO and Wealth Manager.

This summer we had large projects to tackle as we are working on overall firm growth. Five interns were selected to join the team to tackle projects ranging from appointment preparation, data entry, social media marketing, shadowing client appointments, and more.
